In collaboration with Innovative Document Management (Pty) Ltd, we have provided a digital "look-up" of our customers documents and reports. This saves clients having to find paper documents stored in masses of boxes and files which could take ages.

As each document is punched into our system a link is created which will tie up with the original which is either scanned by IDM or sent to them digitally.

By entering, for example, an order number the client can trace the document and those related to it, ie. invoices, credit note & statements etc. This applies to multiple search strings and any type of document or report.
